3 PRINCIPLES TO HELP YOUR BABY SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT
As a first time mom, I never put my new baby down stealing all the cuddles I could morning, noon and night BUT by week 4 of waking up to nurse every 2 hours, something had to give. I went from being so excited to a little miserable.
My sister in law soon after shared a book with me that was chock full of golden nuggets teaching me how to put my baby on a schedule which would lead to giving both of us the gift of sleep. Yes, the “GIFT”… a priceless gift! Well, I couldn’t believe it but that schedule worked and within one week my baby was sleeping 5 hours straight. I tell no lies.
