THE ONLY EXERCISE YOU NEED TO DO TO REGAIN CONTROL DOWN YONDER AFTER BABIES
Mama’s… peeing your pants after babies is a “THING’ but it doesn’t have to be. So, here’s the only exercise you need to regain control down yonder.
Please share this video and help your pants peeing sisters from another mister out – she’ll be greatly appreciative! (A laughable moment about our not so laughable moments)
EXERCISE: pull in or tighten your vagina (this will feel like if you were stopping the flow of urine), then pull in or tighten your perineum (the space between your vag and your #2 area, anus, poo-hole or whatever you want to call it) then pull in or tighten your poo-hole, then pull in or tighten your belly button to your spine and hold it, count to 3 and release.
(You are stacking all 4 moves on top of one another – not doing each move one at a time)
***Do this 5 times in a row, 5 times a day for a total of 25 times per day.
(This is less than 10 minutes total)
***It takes some getting used to, just keep doing it even if it doesn’t feel right. Don’t be gross – but put your hand down there and feel the muscles contract if you have to. You will gain an awareness of doing all 4 contractions separately as you do it more.
BONUS: This will not only stop you from peeing your pants but ALSO take away that lower abdomen baby pooch!!!!
